Our Resort is brand new modern facility offering ultimate diving experience and relax atmosphere in our beach restaurant. We open in March 2022 and until then we don’t want to use fake reviews. But you are welcome to refer reviews from our other accommodation:
We stayed here last November and absolutely loved it. Two of us were in the main building and the other two were in a cabana. The hotel is owned by a lovely German lady who keeps it to a very high standard and all her staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms in the main building were really clean and spacious, with a terrace and air con. The cabana we had was breathtaking, right on the edge of the beach under palm trees. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and good value, with a very good choice.
Nice, clean and comfortable.. After three nights on the east coast we stayed 6 nights at Rockside. One of the best places to be on this part of Unawatuna area. We had a bungalow near the beach with just a fan and Mosquito Net and that was really nice. The garden is fantastic and the food is good. The owner has also a PADI diving center which makes the stay even more complete. Good place for people in love. The nearby beach give you daily opportunity to swim with turtles
We had a great relaxing time in this hostel. The beach is just few meters away and many restaurants are located at a walk-able distance, price is really okay for Sri Lanka . Also Edward had been a wonderful host, very helpful and he welcomed us with his big smile, thank you so much and hope to see you soon again.

Is your resort family-friendly?
Yes! We offer cozy Family Apartments or spacious Sea View Bungalows with a private plunge pool. All our watersport activities are suitable for kids, such as Try Diving for beginners, Fun Diving, PADI Scuba Diving Courses, Snorkeling and Dolphin & Whale Watching. The Nilaveli Beach, where our diving centre and resort are located, is family-friendly too! You can enjoy wide long sandy beach with crystal clear calm sea.

How do I make my booking?
1. After you decided on your accommodation type, diving package or course, just fill out the reservation form on Book Now page. Please make sure to enter correct details.
By sending the reservation form you also confirm to agree with our Terms & Conditions.
Directly after you did send the form, you will receive an automated acknowledgement of receipt. This is not a booking confirmation!
If you were in contact with our Service & Booking Team before, you still need to go through this booking process and send the form. This is the only way we can guarantee your booking.
2. Once our service team has processed your booking request, you will receive an email from us. This is either a confirmation of your booking or a suggestion of alternative availabilities and your options.
If you do receive a booking confirmation, we will also send an invoice over 50% of the total booking amount.
We try to answer all enquiries within a maximum of 48 hours. However, since we get a lot of requests, it can take a little longer at times.
Only a booking confirmed by email from our Service & Booking Team guarantees your booking.
3. Apart from your booking confirmation we additionally will send an invoice for 50% of the total booking amount. This is a deposit and will be charged regardless of amount and duration of the booking.
The remaining amount of your booking should be paid at arrival to our diving centre.
